If sunset. isn't right for you, we'll make it right. You have 14 days from any purchase to request a full refund.

All purchases — monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and lifetime licences — are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

If you subscribed on a monthly plan and request a refund within 14 days of your most recent charge, that charge will be refunded in full and your subscription will be cancelled. Charges from prior billing periods are not eligible for refund.

If you subscribed on an annual plan and request a refund within 14 days of the charge, you will receive a full refund and your subscription will be cancelled. Refund requests made after 14 days of an annual charge will be considered on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we will do our best to help.

Lifetime licences are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are final. If you are experiencing a technical issue, please contact us before requesting a refund and we will work to resolve it.

Email us at support@atomikon.dev with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used at checkout. We typically respond within one business day. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

All sunset. purchases are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and refund disbursement on behalf of Atomikon Industries. If you have a billing dispute or did not receive a response from us within 48 hours, you may also contact Paddle support directly at paddle.com/help.
